Our store carries some of the industry’s most trusted brands and products that our customers use the most. Please note that ALL PRODUCTS offered by Smokahontas and Co are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind.

Due to the nature of our products offered throughout our stores we are unable to process any sort of exchanges, refunds, or returns. We encourage all customers to inspect each item carefully before purchasing them. It is the customer’s responsibility to use proper care and to use the products as they were intended to be used. No products are warranted through Smokahontas and Co.

Products are manufactured, shipped, and handled by many different entities which do not allow us to send back items from customers. If we were to entertain any kind of return process, additional processing and return fees would be the customer's responsibility. We always encourage customers to inspect or test out each product before leaving our store.

Dispensary, vape shop, and smoke shop accessories have hygiene restrictions put in place which do not allow us to take back any items or give cash back. Our products are never used and the health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. We would never sell you a product that someone else has put their mouth on or has been used in any way.

While shopping at our store in Basom, NY we encourage you to inspect each item before purchasing and ask questions when needed. We have a knowledgeable staff that is happy to answer any questions you may have. Select products come with a manufacturer warranty in the packaging and is recommended that you register your product with the corresponding manufacturer. Please note that these warranties are offered through the individual company and Smokahontas does not handle or gratify these types of warranties.
